Are travel management companies losing out?

A recent report by The Global Business Travel Association (GBTA) revealed that worldwide corporate travel is worth an estimated US$1.4 trillion. This is a staggering amount and it’s on the rise, with predictions of a market worth US$1.7 trillion by 2022.  There are many reasons attributed to this growth, not least a rise in business confidence which is fuelling the demand for corporate bookings.
